1 – YOUR BUSINESS TIP

Today I’ve got a fun example to share with you about standing out from the crowd and really connecting with your audience.   It’s so simple but most busy business owners just don’t do it.  And to be honest, I could be doing it a lot more.

There’s so much more ‘noise’ now – what with social media platforms and messaging, and then there’s the impact of things like AI & Chat GPT meaning that MORE people are creating MORE content.

So – even if you already have a great Sales Process that consistently works for you . . . are you making it personal and ‘keeping it real’ with the human connection?

Solution:

One of the things that Andy and I both agree on is the 3 Magic Word principle around how to build your database and connect with your audience.

Just to remind you – here are the 3 magic words:

  • FIND your ideal people (we talked about that last week with Marketing)
  • CONNECT with them in the right way (stay with me)
  • ENGAGE with them to build a mutually profitable relationship (check out the link below).

Would you like to see a real life example of how you can do the CONNECTING and ENGAGING parts more easily?

A client of ours introduced us to a lovely system to help us do just that.

Check out this very short video and you’ll see it in action.

  • How to stand out from the crowd
  • How to make it real, human and more personal
  • How to connect and engage

and it’s so simple.

We love finding out faster, easier, better ways of doing things so we can share them and help you get better results.

2 – YOUR MARKETING/LINKEDIN TIP

Today I bring you the perfect example of how you can repurpose your content on LinkedIn.

Here’s the first post:

(Just read the first sentence; you can ignore the rest)

And here’s the second post:

Do you see what Jake did here?

Although both posts are not exactly the same, the topic and the idea behind them are.

What’s interesting is that Jake posted them only 5 days apart from each other.

My theory is that the first post was simply him testing out the idea to see how his audience would respond to it.

And once he saw there was interest, he invested more time into creating the 2nd post, which is a more comprehensive take on the subject.

This is a smart way of repurposing your content.

Because not only does it help with not having to come up with new topics all the time…

But also, you get to test out ideas before investing too much time on them.

So, although this might seem like a more “advanced” technique in content creation, there’s one simple takeaway for you:

Analyze your content and how your audience reacts to it to improve your future posts.

That’s how you will learn & improve your content game.

Solution:

EG:  One of our most difficult things when it comes to posting regularly on LinkedIn is coming up with consistent ideas for content and what content works best for your business.
